How can I return an item I purchased online or in store?

We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for items purchased in-store that you wish to return. You must have your receipt and be within 14 days of the purchase date in order to receive store credit. No exceptions.  All JEWELRY & SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit. 

Lynn & Barrett promises to refund any online item/s that you are not completely satisfied with, as we know that you are not able to try garments on before purchasing and may need another size or style. In order to receive your refund, online purchases must be returned via mail at your own cost, unworn, tags attached and accompanied with the printed original receipt, within 7 days of date of delivery at this address:

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express

 

How do you ship your packages and is there a way to track my order?

We ship all of our packages via USPS. All orders placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours. Once you place an order online you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and information on how to track your order.
